HD Hyundai XiteSolution announced that it received the ISO 27001 security certification from the International Organization for Standardization.
HD Hyundai XiteSolution recently held the ISO 27001 Certificate Awarding Ceremony at the HD Hyundai Global R&D Center (GRC) located in Pangyo, Korea where CEO and President Young-cheul Cho of HD Hyundai XiteSolution and Management Representative Soyoung Lee of DNV Korea, an international accredited certification body, and other representatives attended.
The ISO 27001 certification is the world’s highest security standard and is achieved after being thoroughly examined whether there is a system that manages risks related to the security of data owned or handled by the company.
HD Hyundai XiteSolution has established their own security management system without external help from specialists and passed 114 clauses in 14 requirements including those on corporate information protection policies, information access control, technology security management system and more.
CEO and President Cho mentioned “We will work on strengthening our employees’ consciousness on security and how we respond to potential security threats,” and added, “We also plan gain more global competence in technology to meet the global level by reinforcing our governing system on security protection.” <EOD>
